Speculative Retail Design Study

The client for this design study had just completed the construction of a new small retail center and wanted to diversify by developing a different type of product.  The budget was limited thus a pre-engineered metal frame was selected for the structure.  By wrapping the building with brick veneer a texture was added blending the design with the adjacent structures.  Since the idea of opening a parts store for the automotive industry was in the works the design incorporated a simple all glass garage door on the front allowing plentiful natural light and views to the exterior.
