Med Park II Office Development

This project was developed as a speculative office for future medical practices.  The two story design incorporates a barrel vaulted metal roof on steel trusses.  The exterior second story facade is composed of a rain screen system which then rests on brick veneer construction to blend in with the surrounding community.  The main entry is sheltered by a living roof covered with seedum planting.  The stair and elevator shaft anchor the front of the building by expressing the vertical circulation between the two floors.  In the back of the building a custom designed covered parking area was provided for doctors and staff.
