Speculative Commercial Retail

Speculative Commercial Retail comes in many different forms.  From the high end glitzy to the eye catching cartoonish (think Pigeon Forge).  The goal with this project was to create a visible identity that reflected the industrial nature of nearby developments while invoking a sense of place that serves as a destination.  Vehicle parking occurs in the rear of the site as well as curb side on the street.  An alley between the buildings allows access to the main anchor entrances.  By adding landscaping and overhead light strings the space becomes more intimate for restaurant dining or as a common area for the public to gather.
