With more and more business being performed on the go through the use of mobile devices, the need for virtual office space is becoming more prevalent.  The owner of a popular downtown dining establishment in the heart of the central business district wanted to make use of the vacant thrid floor space above his establishment.  By marrying the two together a new business center where mobile entrepreneurs could hold meetings in private offices, conference rooms or over a casual meal began to take shape.  The design includes cafe services as well as fine dining with the flexibility to hold seminars.  Lining the walls of the main space are acoustically private glass walled offices to maintain the open feel of the space along with glass enclosed conference rooms for larger meetings.  The finished space also includes a small cafe and casual seating for those who want to blog, chat, relax or enjoy a mocha latte.
